We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

1. Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all original tags.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been broken or damaged while in your possession after wear. Items must be returned and received in our office to be issued a refund. 

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

1. Resized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces).
2. Items purchased using an installment plan.

Return Shipping Costs Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on orders under $1,000. There are no restocking fees associated with returns.

Exchanges For a smooth exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item. Your purchase credit will be applied towards your subsequent order.
